Is it 100% authentic and original?

Confirmed Design
Do you offer Confirmed Design (not blind)?
Yes. We offer Confirmed Design for customers who want a specific figure. Confirmed items cost more than blind boxes — especially secret editions.
Will Confirmed Design affect the packaging?
In some cases, the outer box may be pre-opened only to verify the design using the tag card. The factory-sealed plastic bag remains unopened, and the figure stays intact inside. If you have packaging requirements, leave a note under Cart → Order Notes or reach out to us at contact@aoovo.com.
Orders
Can I modify, combine, or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, but if your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to help. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@aoovo.com. If it’s already being processed, changes may not be possible — please place a new order for additional items.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding pre-orders). Pre-sale items ship as soon as they’re in stock. If your order includes pre-sale and in-stock items, they may ship together or separately depending on which warehouse has your items available. If you have a shipping preference, contact contact@aoovo.com — we’ll do our best to help, but it isn’t guaranteed.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a tracking link. You can also track anytime on our Track Order page by entering your order details.
Why can’t I use my discount code on my order?
Some codes have limits (expiration dates, one-time use, or product/collection exclusions). Discount codes usually can’t be combined.
This is a gift, can I leave a note and include a gift receipt?
You can leave a message in Cart → Order Notes before checkout. While we can’t always guarantee special packing requests, we’ll try our best. (Packing slips typically don’t show item prices.)
I bought this item earlier, but now it’s on sale. Can I get a price adjustment?
Promotions generally can’t be applied retroactively. If you believe there’s a pricing issue, reach out to contact@aoovo.com with your order number and we’ll review it.
Why was my order cancelled/refunded?
Most often, it’s because an item went out of stock before the order could be fulfilled. If you have questions, contact contact@aoovo.com and we’ll help.
Shipping
How much is shipping? Does my order qualify for free shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order details. Any free-shipping promos (if available) will be shown automatically at checkout. You can also review our Shipping & Delivery page for more details.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. If you can check out with your address, we can ship to you.
Where do you ship from?
Orders may ship from the United States or China. Our system automatically selects the best warehouse based on where the item is in stock.
How long does shipping take?
- Local shipments: 3–7 business days
- International shipments: 7–15 business days
(Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.)
Do I need to pay tariffs, duties, or customs fees?
No. You won’t be charged any additional tariffs, duties, or customs fees after checkout — we cover these costs. If you have any questions, contact us at contact@aoovo.com.
Oops! Can I change my address?
We usually can’t change the shipping address once the order is placed. Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need help fast, email contact@aoovo.com and we’ll try our best.
Can you ship to multiple locations?
Each order can ship to one address. If you’d like to send items to multiple locations, please place a separate order for each address.
Can you deliver to a P.O. Box address?
At this time, we can’t ship to P.O. Boxes, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding services, or temporary residences. Please use a residential or business street address where someone can receive (and, if needed, sign for) your delivery. If you need help choosing the best delivery option, email contact@aoovo.com.
I need it for a special occasion! Will I get my order in time?
We’ll do our best, but we can’t guarantee delivery by a specific date. Ordering early is the safest move — especially during peak seasons.
Will I get a tracking number for my package?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
Why hasn’t my order arrived?
Once the carrier has your package, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. Please check tracking for the latest updates. If tracking hasn’t moved for an extended period, email contact@aoovo.com.
What happens if my order is marked as “delivered” but I haven’t received it?
Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered slightly early. Please allow a short window for it to show up, and check with household members/building staff. If it still hasn’t arrived, email contact@aoovo.com and we’ll help investigate.
Returns
What situations qualify for after-sales support?
After-sales support may be available only if the item is authentic and verifiable (including a first verification scan record, where applicable) and one of the following applies:
- Wrong item received.
- Missing parts/accessories.
- Item arrived with significant damage that was not caused by use or misuse.
What is not covered?
- Brand/original manufacturing imperfections (e.g., minor paint/print issues, minor QC variations).
- Outer box dents/pressure marks during transit, which can happen with shipping.
How do I request after-sales support?
Please contact us before returning any item. Within 30 days of delivery, email contact@aoovo.com with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos.
For after-sales review (and any carrier claim), please provide a single continuous (unedited) unboxing video showing the shipping package condition → full unboxing → product opened, with the tracking/order number clearly visible in the video.
I bought a blind box and got a duplicate — can I return it?
Duplicates can happen with single blind box / non-whole set purchases due to randomness, and this isn’t considered a quality issue. If you want to avoid duplicates, we recommend purchasing the whole set.
