We ship worldwide and calculate shipping automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and order details. When available, free-shipping promotions will apply automatically.

Shipping Address Requirements

We’re unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding services, or temporary residences. Please use a residential or business street address where someone can receive (and, if needed, sign for) the delivery. If you’re unsure what to use, email contact@aoovo.com.

Order Processing

In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If your order includes a pre-sale item, processing and shipping timing will follow the availability shown on the product page.

Delivery Time Estimates

• Local shipments: approximately 3–7 business days
• International shipments: approximately 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, customs processing, holidays, and peak-season volume.

Split Shipments

To ship efficiently, items in the same order may be fulfilled from different warehouses depending on where they’re in stock. If that happens, your order may arrive in multiple packages.

Once your order ships, we’ll email you tracking details. You can also track your shipment anytime on our Track Order page using your order information.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
