Processing time: Typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding pre-orders). Pre-sale item(s) ship as soon as they’re in stock. If your order includes both pre-sale and in-stock item(s), it may ship together or separately depending on which warehouse has your item(s) available.

Shipping origin: Orders may ship from the United States or China, depending on availability (our system selects the best warehouse automatically).

Estimated delivery time:

• Domestic (U.S.) shipments: 3–7 business days
• International shipments: 7–12 business days

Returns & After-Sales

After-sales support may be available in the following situations:

• You received the wrong item.
• The item arrived with significant damage (not caused by use or misuse) or has missing parts/accessories.

Not covered: Brand/original manufacturing imperfections (e.g., minor paint/print issues, minor QC variations). Outer box dents/pressure marks during transit may occur and are not eligible for compensation.

Please contact us before returning any item. For assistance, please reach our support team at contact@aoovo.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number, reason for request, and clear photos. For after-sales review (and any carrier claim), please provide a single continuous (unedited) unboxing video showing the package condition → full unboxing → product opened, with the tracking/order number clearly visible in the video.

Note: Duplicate figures in blind box (non-whole set) purchases are normal and not eligible for after-sales support. To avoid duplicates, we recommend purchasing the whole set.
